Friend and film maker Al Reffell made this film for me of the demolition.
When I bought a little wooden Bungalow on the coast I had no idea it was full of rot and worm and beyond repair. It was demolished in October 2015 and I watched every step of the build. The builders referred to the concrete foundation grid as the channel… there was nothing for it, it had to be swum.
